The Food Standards Agency awarded Sylk a 5 Star rating the highest  hygiene rating possible and commented on the excellent standard at Sylk and could not believe the high standard maintained in the premises, now in it’s 4 year trading Sylk is very proud to be amongst a small group of restaurants awarded a 5 Star rating and will continue to work to these high standards and provide the best possible experience to our customers.
